Felicia Grace

Human Psyche Researcher, International Embodiment and IoPT Facilitator, Self Healer, and Coach

Felicia is a dedicated IoPT facilitator, and coach, whose life's mission is to guide individuals toward healing, embodiment and self-integration. Since 2010 Felicia helps her clients recover from trauma, discover their true selves, and unlock their potential to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Felicia's approach is rooted in the belief that, regardless of the chaos of modern life, we have the innate capacity to heal and transform. Through her work, she teaches clients to develop a stronger sense of self, connect with their bodies, and cultivate resilience and purpose. Felicia is teaching her clients how they can become their own medicine.

Her specialties include working with various forms of trauma—including emotional, developmental, and generational trauma—while helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, dissociation, and chronic stress. Utilizing a holistic and outcome-focused method, Felicia incorporates Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT), developed by Franz Ruppert over the last 30 years , which enables clients to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and heal from personal, collective, and ancestral trauma. Her therapeutic practice is both somatic and holistic, emphasizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.

What Sets Felicia Apart

What truly differentiates Felicia from other therapists and coaches is her unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience. She combines her formal training in modalities such as NLP, EMDR, EFT, and Contemporary Psychotherapy with a compassionate, intuitive and spiritual approach, drawing from her own transformative journey. Felicia’s method is outcome-oriented, and she deeply honors the individual healing process, providing a safe and nurturing space for her clients to connect with their inner resources and self-empowerment.

Her clients have described her as a "guiding light" and someone who has helped them "find clarity and direction during challenging times." Felicia’s work goes beyond symptom management; it is about facilitating profound shifts in how people experience themselves and the world, ultimately leading to long-term growth, well-being, and joy.

Training and Expertise

Felicia holds certifications in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Contemporary Psychotherapy Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and most importantly, Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy, where she has undergone extensive training under Franz Ruppert, Marta Thorsheim, Vivian Broughton and Franz Ruppert since 2018. Her work also spans life and executive coaching for corporate clients, having collaborated with organizations such as State Street Bank, Go Compare, and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.

A Personal Journey of Transformation

Felicia’s passion for healing others stems from her own experiences with trauma. As a child, she became fascinated with the disconnect between people’s behaviors and their inner emotions. Her curiosity led her to study psychology and spirituality and writing poems since she was 17, her transformative journey through her own adversities has shaped her into the compassionate healer she is today. She is clarvoyant, and believes that healing from trauma is not just possible—it is our birthright and responsibility.

Today, Felicia is dedicated to teaching her clients to transform their trauma into personal growth, wisdom, and spiritual awakening, gently guiding them to live authentic, fulfilling lives. Your life and body may be inviting you into healing

If you recognize yourself in some of the struggles described on this site, it may be a sign of traumatic wounds that are calling for healing — not a personal failure or weakness.

Trauma is not only caused by extreme events. It can arise from prolonged stress, emotional neglect, abuse of power, relational wounds, early developmental experiences, or intergenerational patterns passed down through families.

Each person responds differently, and there is no “right” way to be affected.

Trauma can fragment our inner experience of self.

Even long after a threat has passed, it may continue to live on in the body, the nervous system, and our emotional world — shaping how we relate to ourselves, others, and life.

Trauma can disconnect us from our sense of self and identity, leaving us feeling lost, blocked, or unable to fully be ourselves. Early experiences — including those from childhood and even before birth — can influence how we feel, behave, and relate in the present. Later experiences may then reactivate earlier wounds, reinforcing familiar survival patterns.

These patterns often repeat until they are gently acknowledged, felt, and integrated. Trauma can also be transmitted across generations, especially when it remains unspoken or unprocessed.

Research increasingly shows that unresolved trauma may also affect physical health, contributing to chronic stress-related or psychosomatic symptoms.

Healing trauma is not quick or easy work. It requires patience, safety, and a respectful, trauma-informed approach. Many people find that even after years of talking therapy or medication, something essential still feels unresolved.

Fortunately, there are now deeply effective, body-based and identity-oriented approaches that address trauma at its roots — not just its symptoms.

Healing is not about fixing yourself.

It is about reconnecting with who you truly are.

When you begin to understand your symptoms, challenges, and patterns as meaningful signals rather than problems to get rid of, they can become guides — pointing you toward deeper self-connection, clarity, and autonomy.

True fulfillment grows from knowing who you are, what you want, and how to live in alignment with yourself and your body.

If you feel ready to explore what may be underlying your struggles, I invite you to work with me.
